Digital Marketing Associate

The Digital Marketing Associate at Rite Aid in Abu Dhabi will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing team in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately generate sales.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and website - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms - Support the development of digital marketing materials and assets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus - Driven and resilient personality traits - Cooperation and communication as soft skills
