Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Associate at AIG in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media channels, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals - Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and online advertising - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts - Support the marketing team in various ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Strong writing and communication skills - Reliable and passionate about digital marketing - Adaptability and strong time management skills
