Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Associate at ABM Industries, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement online marketing campaigns, analyze and optimize digital marketing efforts, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation of digital marketing plans and strategies - Manage social media platforms and campaigns - Create and curate engaging content for online channels - Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital marketing collateral - Monitor and analyze online performance metrics - Conduct market research and competitor analysis - Stay informed on digital marketing trends and tools - Provide regular reports on digital marketing activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using social media platforms - Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools - Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies - Previous experience in a digital marketing role is a plus
