Digital Marketing Associate

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time Digital Marketing Associate at 3M in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand awareness - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as emails, newsletters, and advertisements

Requirements: - Confident and independent individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Critical thinking skills to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
