Digital Marketing Associate

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at WellCare Health Plans in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase followers and engagement - Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media analytics to optimize campaigns - Assist in creating and implementing email marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices - Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials - Assist in creating and managing online advertising campaigns - Assist in managing the company's online reputation and responding to customer inquiries

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Persuasion and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
