Digital Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a passionate and energetic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Work from Home Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement. This position will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and will play a key role in optimizing our online presence.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across various online channels including social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Create and manage digital content including social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates - Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and brand consistency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3 years of experience in digital marketing or related field - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
