Digital Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Dick’s Sporting Goods is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase customer engagement - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote our products and brand - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns - Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to optimize digital marketing efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms - Proficiency in social media management and analytics - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Driven and resilient, with a passion for achieving results - Innovative mindset and strong negotiation skills
