Job Description:

Altria Group is currently seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and possess a strong passion for the industry. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. 2. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness. 3. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for digital platforms. 5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvements. 6. Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns and track their performance. 7. Monitor and report on website analytics to optimize user experience and increase conversions. 8. Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Reliable and passionate about digital marketing. 7. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work well under pressure.
