Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America. As a part-time position based in Dubai, AE, this role is perfect for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including PPC, social media, and display. - Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts. - Assist with website maintenance, content creation, and email marketing efforts. - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual who is eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing field. - Strong soft skills in innovation and planning to come up with creative marketing ideas and strategies. - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
