Remote Digital Marketing Manager

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Phillips 66 in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. We are seeking an independent and motivated individual with strong cooperation and teamwork skills to drive our digital marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation - Manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms - Analyze data to optimize digital marketing efforts and track performance metrics - Create engaging content for social media channels and our website - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management
