Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Dollar Tree in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing to lead our online marketing efforts. This is a part-time role, offering paid overtime, free food, and a joining bonus.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to Dollar Tree's website and increase sales. - Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization. - Analyze data and metrics to track the success of digital marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Dollar Tree remains competitive in the market.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. - Strong emotional intelligence and planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns. - Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms. - Self-motivated and able to work independently.
