Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Lithia Motors. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, offering flexibility and the opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment. As an Associate Level Digital Marketing Manager with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms such as social media, email, and websites - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimize results and drive ROI - Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within budget - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content that aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign performance - Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive strategic planning for future campaigns - Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to achieve department goals and objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven track record of at least 4 years in digital marketing roles - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and independent nature with a passion for achieving results - Ability to manage and motivate a team of digital marketing specialists - Strategic planning skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
