Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Aetna, a leading healthcare organization. This position is a part-time remote role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and generate leads.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation. 2. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. 3. Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to propose innovative ideas for campaign optimization. 6. Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to customer feedback and reviews in a timely manner. 7. Work with external vendors and agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing performance metrics. 4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media analytics. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Resilient and independent, able to work effectively in a remote work environment. 7. Adaptability and cooperation, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
