Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engines - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization - Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and online advertising - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials - Monitor and stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices - Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful execution of digital marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience with people management and team leadership - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
