Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

USAA is seeking a skilled Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, possess leadership skills, and excel in research.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives - Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement - Manage social media channels and engage with followers to enhance brand presence - Create compelling content for various marketing materials, including emails, ads, and website copy - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track success and ROI - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools - Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members effectively - Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices - Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
