Marketing Assistant

We are currently seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team at Toys “R” Us in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns, developing promotional materials, assisting with market research, and coordinating marketing events. This role is perfect for someone who is resilient, reliable, and has a passion for the toy industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote Toys “R” Us products and services - Develop and design marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital advertisements - Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior and trends - Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and promotional activities - Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create social media content and manage online campaigns - Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide reports to the management team - Support the Marketing Manager in any other ad-hoc marketing projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role - Strong research skills and ability to analyze data effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High level of adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
