Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group in Dubai. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in creating marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Manage social media platforms and engage with followers - Support in organizing events, trade shows, and other marketing activities - Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 4 years of experience in a marketing role - Proven experience in supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Resilient and confident personality traits - Leadership and research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
