Marketing Assistant

Job Description: Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking a resourceful and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to help promote our products and services. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns 2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends 3. Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content 4. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives 5. Support the organization of events, trade shows, and promotional activities 6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns 7. Prepare reports and presentations for marketing meetings 8. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 2. Strong organizational and time management skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work well in a team environment 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 6. Presentation and decision-making skills 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively 8. No prior experience required, but internship experience in marketing is a plus
