Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Marketing Associate to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry - Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results - Assist in organizing and attending marketing events and trade shows - Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field - 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
