Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Associate to join our team at Hilton in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive revenue.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. 2. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional. 3. Help create and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement. 5. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives. 6. Generate reports and conduct research to support marketing decision-making. 7. Assist with organizing and promoting events and promotional activities. 8. Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. 4. Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. 6. Reliable and energetic personality with a strong attention to detail. 7. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure. 8. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
