Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Marketing Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our financial products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives. - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results. - Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support marketing efforts.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the financial services industry. - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing tools. - Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Experience with people management is a plus.
