Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Tyson Foods is seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Associate to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business objectives - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and advertising campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers - Assist in the organization of events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives - Provide support for other marketing activities as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1+ years of experience in marketing or related field - Resourceful and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong negotiation skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
