Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team at American Family Insurance Group in Dubai. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our insurance products and services to potential customers through various marketing channels. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential customer demographics and trends - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, website, and other platforms - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement - Assist in planning and organizing promotional events and presentations - Maintain relationships with customers and provide them with information about our products and services - Assist in managing marketing budgets and expenses - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong decision-making and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques - Experience with customer relationship management systems is a plus
