Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated Marketing Associate to join our team at Dubai Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute various marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for design and production of marketing collaterals - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain customers - Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies - Support in organizing events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities - Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment of marketing activities with sales objectives - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in maintaining customer database and CRM system - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills - Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools - Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques - Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively - Detail-oriented with a creative mindset - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
