Marketing Associate

Job Description: Boston Scientific is seeking a driven and reliable Marketing Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in the marketing field. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the region.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional materials - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends - Coordinate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns - Assist in organizing and attending marketing events and trade shows - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - 1 year of experience in a marketing role - Strong project management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software - Knowledge of digital marketing techniques is a plus
