Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and independent Marketing Associate to join our team at Air Products & Chemicals in Abu Dhabi. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. As a Marketing Associate, you will support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms - Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns - Assist in planning and executing events and trade shows - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms - Experience with CRM software is a plus
