Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Marketing Associate to join our team at Motorola Solutions in Dubai. As an Associate Level Marketing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to assist in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services in the region.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns 2. Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and opportunities 3. Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email, and website 4. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials 5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights 6. Assist in planning and organizing events, trade shows, and conferences 7. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives 8. Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management systems

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools) 5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines 6. Persuasion and problem-solving skills 7. Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation is a plus
