Job Description:

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Marketing Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent decision-making skills, strong time management abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website - Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities - Analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in a marketing role - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
