Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description: Commercial Metals Company is seeking a talented and dynamic Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, possess strong decision-making skills, and thrive in a cooperative environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement - Manage social media accounts and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and optimize digital ads to reach target audiences and maximize ROI - Analyze data and metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong decision-making skills and ability to cooperate with others
