Job Description:

L Brands is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and possess a strong drive to succeed. The Online Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing our online marketing campaigns, driving traffic to our website, and increasing brand visibility online.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness - Create and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads - Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging online content and promotions - Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to improve website rankings and visibility - Manage social media channels and engage with followers to enhance brand presence - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and driven personality - Excellent persuasion and people management skills - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
