Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Baker Hughes, a leading oilfield services company in Dubai, is seeking a passionate and driven Online Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, the Online Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the online marketing team in executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content - Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns using web analytics tools and provide recommendations for optimization - Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms to increase audience engagement and drive traffic to the company website - Support the team in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts - Assist in the production of marketing materials, such as videos, infographics, and presentations - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing to drive continuous improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online marketing or related field - Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with graphic design software is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
