Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a part-time Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in online marketing. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, motivated, and possesses strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement on our website - Create and manage digital advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google AdWords and social media - Analyze data and metrics to optimize online marketing efforts and increase conversion rates - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of online marketing strategies with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing to continuously improve performance - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of online marketing campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3+ years of experience in online marketing - Proven track record of driving results through online marketing efforts - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and other online marketing tools - Adaptable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
