Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Online Marketing Associate in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting the Online Marketing Manager in executing various online marketing strategies to promote Publix Super Markets' products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns. 2. Manage social media platforms and online advertising. 3. Monitor and report on the performance of online marketing efforts. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online channels. 5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. 6. Assist with the development of email marketing campaigns. 7. Maintain website content and ensure it is up-to-date. 8. Assist in the creation of promotional materials for online marketing initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. 2 years of experience in online marketing or related field. 3. Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics. 6. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 7. Strong soft skills in innovation and decision-making. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
