Communications Specialist - Remote Work

As a Communications Specialist at Hertz Global Holdings, you will be responsible for creating and implementing communication strategies to effectively engage with our target audience, both internally and externally. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute communication plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. 2. Create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website. 3. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation. 5. Provide support for events, press releases, and other communication initiatives. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication strategies. 7. Assist in crisis communication management as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 7. Prior experience in communications or a related field is a plus but not required.
