We are looking for a confident and independent Communications Specialist to join our team at Harley-Davidson. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, AE, offering part-time hours and targeting individuals with entry-level experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative mindset and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate the brand's message to our target audience.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Harley-Davidson's products and services. 2. Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, website, and email marketing. 3. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. 5. Respond to inquiries and feedback from customers in a timely and professional manner. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance communication efforts. 7. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to broaden the brand's reach.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 7. Emotional intelligence to understand and connect with diverse audiences. 8. Familiarity with Harley-Davidson brand and motorcycle culture is a plus.
