Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description:

EMCOR Group is seeking a Remote Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely and contribute to our innovative communication strategies. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a key role in managing and executing communication initiatives for our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication plans to promote company initiatives, products, and services - Create engaging content for press releases, articles, social media, and other communication channels - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to track effectiveness and optimize strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including media outlets, partners, and customers - Support leadership in crisis communication and reputation management - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance communication strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Resilient personality with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Resourceful problem-solving skills - Proficiency in project management and people management - Ability to work independently and remotely - Experience with digital communication tools and platforms - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
