Communications Specialist

The Mubadala Development Company is seeking a passionate and resourceful Communications Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position requiring at least 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications and a proven track record of delivering impactful messaging across various channels.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey the company's messages to internal and external stakeholders - Create engaging content for press releases, articles, social media, and other communication materials - Manage relationships with media contacts and coordinate press events - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and make improvements as needed - Support senior leadership in preparing speeches, presentations, and other communication materials - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field - Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate setting - Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent people management and leadership skills - Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms - Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
