Communications Specialist

International Paper in Dubai is seeking a passionate and dedicated Communications Specialist to join our team. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the communications field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's initiatives and campaigns - Create engaging content for internal and external communication channels, including press releases, social media posts, and newsletters - Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to continuously improve strategies - Assist in crisis communication planning and execution - Support the Senior Communications Manager in organizing events and managing media relations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
