Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Tyson Foods is seeking a dynamic Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis working from home in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively disseminate information to internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for a reliable and hardworking individual with at least 2 years of experience in communications.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication plans to promote company initiatives and enhance brand awareness - Write and edit content for various communication channels including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website - Coordinate and manage public relations and media relations activities - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness of strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Provide support for crisis communication and issue management - Assist in organizing and promoting company events and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Persuasion skills and critical thinking abilities
