Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

National Bank of Abu Dhabi is seeking a part-time Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to enhance the bank's digital presence - Execute social media campaigns and manage social media platforms to engage with customers - Create engaging content for the bank's website, emails, and other digital channels - Monitor online conversations and respond to customer inquiries or comments in a timely manner - Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of online communication efforts - Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using social media platforms and content management systems - Ability to think creatively and strategically - Prior experience in online communication or digital marketing is preferred
