Online Communications Specialist

We are looking for a part-time Online Communications Specialist to join our team at Northwestern Mutual in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to enhance our brand presence and reach our target audience - Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze the performance of online communications to optimize strategies and improve results - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online communications to recommend and implement innovative strategies - Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support our online communication efforts

Requirements: - Dedicated and adaptable personality traits to effectively navigate the fast-paced environment - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate online communication strategies to internal and external stakeholders - Excellent analytical skills to track and assess the performance of online communications initiatives - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with online communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
