Online Pr Associate

As an Online PR Associate at Ryder System in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's online presence and reputation. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, interacting with customers on social media platforms, and monitoring online conversations about our brand.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online PR strategies to enhance the company's digital reputation - Create compelling content for social media platforms, blogs, and websites - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media channels - Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure a consistent brand message - Analyze online metrics and prepare reports on the effectiveness of PR campaigns - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in organizing and promoting online events and campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3 years of experience in online PR or digital marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Resilient and reliable, able to handle criticism and pressure with grace - High emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with SEO and SEM techniques is a plus
