Online Social Media Manager

Job Description: Occidental Petroleum is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Online Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing our company's online presence and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement - Create and manage content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and engagement - Engage with customers and followers through social media channels - Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Motivated and reliable individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices - Experience with social media analytics tools and data analysis - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
