Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Deere, a leading company in the agriculture industry, is seeking an Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all of our social media platforms and ensuring a strong online presence for the company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies - Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices - Manage online advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement - Build relationships with influencers and other industry professionals to expand the company's online network

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
