Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Online Social Media Manager to join our team at CVS Health in Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of adaptability and resilience, as well as excellent presentation and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage the company's online social media strategy - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics - Respond to comments and messages from followers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive social media presence - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices - Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns - Manage social media partnerships and influencer collaborations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1+ years of experience in social media management - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with social media analytics tools - Familiarity with SEO and online advertising principles
