Job Description:

D.R. Horton, a leading real estate development company in Dubai, is seeking a Part-time Public Relations Associate to join our team. As an entry-level position, the PR Associate will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and maintaining a positive reputation in the market. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, persuasive, and have strong time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation - Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other public relations materials - Build relationships with media outlets, journalists, and other key stakeholders - Coordinate and attend events, press conferences, and other public relations activities - Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify opportunities and risks - Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Previous experience in public relations or related field is a plus
