Remote Pr Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote PR Associate to join our team at NRG Energy. This part-time position is based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE and is at the Associate level with a minimum of 4 years of experience in public relations or a related field. As a Remote PR Associate, you will be responsible for managing our public relations efforts in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand awareness. 2. Write and edit press releases, articles, and other PR materials. 3. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure coverage for the company. 4. Monitor and analyze media coverage to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns. 5. Coordinate media interviews and press conferences. 6. Assist with crisis communications and reputation management. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and PR initiatives. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify PR opportunities. 9. Support the PR team with any additional tasks or projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or journalism. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills. 5. Motivated and passionate about PR and the energy industry. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software.
