Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at State Farm Insurance Cos. in Dubai, AE, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels, creating engaging content, developing strategies to increase brand presence, and implementing social media campaigns to drive engagement and leads.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Manage and create content for all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in social media and make recommendations for optimization - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging content - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets - Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4 years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Confident and driven attitude with the ability to work independently - Strong strategic planning and analytical skills - Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
