Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Macy's is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic and sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and manage social media campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms - Manage social media campaigns and track performance metrics - Monitor social media trends and provide insights for continuous improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Engage with customers and respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms - Stay up-to-date on social media best practices and emerging trends - Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote Macy's products and services

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Dedication and motivation to excel in a fast-paced retail environment - Strong negotiation skills and creativity to develop engaging content - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns - Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
