Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Allstate is seeking a part-time Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media data to drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media channels for customer comments and feedback, responding in a timely and professional manner - Analyze social media data and performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions - Report on social media performance and provide insights for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptable and motivated with a strong attention to detail - Innovative thinker with a creative mindset - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
